Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels. Original shipping costs are non refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Customs Duties and Charges

If any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges are incurred by Stout and About as a result of a returned order, these costs will be deducted from the total refund amount. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Exceptions / Non Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, custom products such as special orders or personalised items, and personal care goods such as beauty products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are non refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Returned items must meet the same conditions outlined above.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs during the cooling off period unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
